why we exist

We exist to call men and women to find their treasure in and be eternally changed by the life, death and resurrection of Jesus and His Lordship over all of life. Treasuring Christ above all gives us meaning and purpose in life with a message too good to keep to ourselves. Three Rivers states our individual and corporate purpose like this:

For the glory of God, we will disciple the nations by being and producing radical followers of Jesus Christ.

In the good news of the gospel we meet a God who has acted decisively in the life, death and resurrection of Jesus to redeem and restore people to Himself. Jesus lived the life we could not live, died the death that we deserve to die, and was raised from the dead and revealed to be the King over all creation. This was no arbitrary event in history; it is the decisive moment. Everyone who puts their trust in Jesus' work on their behalf are saved from their sins, redeemed for his glory, and adopted into God's family.

Jesus Is The Center

Jesus is central to everything we do. We sing, pray, and preach in His powerful name. Our past, present, and future are centered on Jesus.

“For by him all things were created, in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities—all things were created through him and for him. And he is before all things, and in him all things hold together.”

Colossians 1:16-17

our network

We are an autonomous congregation, and we believe that it is a powerful thing to partner and connect with like-minded, gospel-centered churches and organizations.  TRC is connected to the following organizations:

  • glocalnet

GlocalNet is a family of churches that exists to mobilize her members to engage society and create flourishing communities. We build and execute a model where church planting and multi-faith combine to engage cities and nations. We plant churches that do 3 things:

    1. Pick a hard place in the world and serve there

    2. Serve the poor in their cities and communities

    3. Embrace a DNA built around :

    Kingdom – Disciple – Society – Church
